It started with a vision…
In April of 2019, I launched a campaign with a vision to create Anchor of Hope Sober Living. With less than $100, some Anchor necklaces, and lot of faith, I shared my dream with the community. Less than 90 days later we had crowd funded enough support from friends & family across 9 states and 2 countries to make Anchor a reality. With this outpouring of kindness and love, Anchor of Hope Sober Living opened its doors on June 15th, 2019.

Our Mission
Anchor of Hope Sober Living strives to be the pinnacle of sober living in the Charlotte area and surrounding communities. Our core belief is to offer a home anchored in faith, Christian principles and rooted in 12 Step recovery. These proven methods of combating the disease of addiction will offer residents a founded method to foster and develop their recovery.
We believe that fellowship is the opposite of addiction.

Successfully crowd-funded over 20K on GoFundMe and other platforms.
Many residents with multiple years of continuous sobriety.
“Everyday Hero” televised recognition of Anchor’s story
Currently operating 24 homes with over 160 residents, including 9 women’s home.
Recently featured on “Closer Look” from K-Love Radio.
Community partners with multiple IOP Programs in Charlotte and Gastonia, NC, housing for numerous agencies for our residents to continue their recovery.
