~From White House to Sober House....I'll take Anchor of Hope any day!~

Matthew 11:28-30 "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls, For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

“My time at Anchor of Hope (AOH) has been one of the most fulfilling journeys in my life. Not just saying this as a cliché' plug, but in all reality. The ability to come home to a place that I know is God-centered, recovery focused and serenity guarded is truly uncompromised. The structure that Anchor has provided me has propelled me into places and spaces that I could have never imagined myself a few years ago. I entered as a mere resident fresh from treatment with a laser focus on wanting to continue on that path, AOH provided me with just that and more. This is truly a place to thrive. We are not just residents we are a family, we look out for each other and hold each other accountable, its a culture. Josh B. has made it a mission to be present and accessible to all residents, to know each of us by name, our stories, while reminding us of the vital role we individually play in this world and in the success of others. I can truly say, when comes time for me to leave Anchor, I know that Anchor will never leave me....and for that I and eternally grateful.”
